Workforce Manager

Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Workforce Manager to join our team. The Workforce Manager will play a pivotal role in forecasting staffing needs, creating capacity plans, and effectively assigning staff to various operations within the organization. This position requires someone with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to strategize and execute workforce management initiatives efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain comprehensive workforce forecasts by leveraging historical data, analyzing business trends, and aligning with operational requirements.
  • Formulate capacity plans that guarantee sufficient staffing levels to meet dynamic business demands, taking into account peak periods, seasonal variations, and other pertinent variables.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to grasp operational needs and synchronize staffing accordingly, fostering an agile and responsive workforce.
  • Facilitate a seamless transition for new hires who have completed training by strategically assigning them to operation department managers.
  • Oversee, audit, and ascertain appropriate staffing allocations per pod/husk, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • Leverage workforce management software or tools to fine-tune scheduling, optimizing efficiency while mitigating instances of overstaffing or understaffing.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce management, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Implement and refine workforce management strategies to elevate productivity, curtail costs, and streamline overall operations.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate staff on effective workforce management procedures and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in workforce management, capacity planning, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the BPO Industry as a Workforce Manager is a PLUS!
  • Proficiency in workforce management software/tools (e.g., workforce scheduling software, ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing workforce challenges.
Technical Requirements
  • A computer with dual monitor setup is required
  • Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
