Flexible Schedule.

My favorite thing about working at MAG is the work-life balance. I love that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my job. I work full-time on a flexible schedule and my boss trusts me to produce high-quality work and results. I love that MAG enables me to love and enjoy my other passions in life.

The endless amount of support and opportunities for personal/professional growth  are big ones, along with the camaraderie I’ve built with my coworkers (despite working from home). The biggest perk, though? Working with my cats.

Growth Potential: My Amazon Guy is a company where you can grow. There are so many learning opportunities to improve skills and advance your career. Due to the Founder’s focus on Employees above all, this is an environment that helps you reach your full potential.

What I really like working at My Amazon Guy is that my colleagues are sharing picture of their cats, dogs and even a small stories about their family. It feels like you are a part of someone’s family even though they are far from you.

I also like the way how Steven Pope engages and cares about our our health and wellness. He created the 10,000 steps daily challenge which is a good impact for me since it motivates us to care about health

My favorite thing about working at MAG is the culture. MAG offers hundreds of different tools to learn from. Live training, hundreds of SOPs, and Slack channels are very helpful for information. The simplest way to describe the MAG culture is ” STRIDE & THRIVE “, MAG builds us up with the training and SOPS so we can STRIDE, as a result, we’re able to THRIVE in an environment that can easily be overwhelming and confusing. When you build strong foundations, people like me, that had nearly NO amazon experience months ago, can actually become productive employees and respectable MAG representatives and Entreprenuers.

The collaboration between the teams and the team/family camaraderie that exists between the employees. I know I can get help from anyone I ask, on any type of task whether it be work-related or personal. MAG also makes it so that even though we are working remotely all over the country we still have opportunities to gather in zoom and google meets just as employees to have fun and mingle. Treat your employees well and they will treat your clients better.

I love working at My Amazon Guy because of the following:

  • Co-workers are great, All of them are approachable.
  • My manager did a great job during my on boarding and training
  • My peers also helping me to understand some of my tasks specially when I am not familiar on how to work on it.
  • Even the POCs and AMs are approachable. I never feel uncomfortable or intimidated while chatting with them about the tasks
  • I love watching Podcast of My Boss, I actually learned a lot about Amazon

My favorite thing about working at My Amazon Guy is that Steven and Dan are appreciative. They don’t forget to say thank you even in the smallest thing you do. I really appreciate it. They are also encouraging and supporting your career growth. Steven and Dan are understanding and kind.

I also like my colleagues sharing about their workmates (pets and families). I enjoy seeing their adorable babies and pets. Also, the response from my colleagues when I ask them questions is just admiring. Even they’re busy, they were still able to answer it promptly.

You can see almost 1000 videos of the CEO Steven Pope on YouTube. That dude trains our staff, cares about them, and goes the extra mile (That’s a core value btw).

MAG is a growing company. It seems it is going up. I am happy with the lack of micromanagement.

Besides working from home that I can focus on my work and I know my toddler is safe, what I love working at MAG is that I have flexible time, I can manage my time properly as long as I finish my tasks on time. Co-workers are really helpful and I can learn a lot from them at the same time we can socialize even we’re at home with our own families.

MyAmazonGuy is a great place to work. There are so many opportunities to grow, whether in a specialized field or to grow the skills you have. MyAmazonGuy is also a diverse company who cares with their community members.

I like that I can work as fast as I want in a conducive environment suited to my needs. I get to learn anything, teach my knowledge and push to be the best i can be with no ceiling.

MAG seems like a great place to learn/thrive. My favorite thing about MAG is the extremely positive and motivational company culture.

I have learned a lot of new things regarding the Amazon process here in MAG even though I worked for 5 years as an Amazon Seller Support.

The flexibility and employees

My Amazon Guy has a fantastic system that maintains a solid chain of command, but allows for collaboration company wide, regardless of title or position.

The co-workers, albeit remote, are welcoming and eager to assist.

The opportunity to grow. I tend to stay long with a company as long as I know there is growth in the company.  

 

I really like that the working hours are mostly flexible. It allows me a schedule that’s comfortable for me and because of this I’m more ready to jump into work each day.

The community feels very welcoming, and reading through the channels on Slack is always interesting and fun, while also being informative. I also really like how organized everything is, such as there being a masterlist for everything: SOPs, client info, etc. so the information I’m looking for is accessible and easy to find.

People. They are very cool. I like working with these people. There are a lot of good thing about My Amazon Guy but I believe the best one is its employees.

I have been following My Amazon Guy vlog, and when I got hired my favorite thing working here is reading content in master information where I find links to flowster where you can learn and perform well in MAG

I get to help small business owners realize their dreams and change their lives.

Pressure is an acquired taste. I learned to get comfortable working with pressure because of MAG.

How helpful and collaborative the team is!

My favorite things working in MAG are the salary, work-from-home setup, flexible schedule, and the ability to spend time with my children.

Time flexibility and how easy it is to request time offs. Although haven’t gotten any proper sleep in months, this job has been very healthy for my mental health.

The company’s culture and focus on how employee are treated. My favorite aspect of this job is the relaxed people – especially my manager. She is soft spoken, polite, and has a great sense of humor.

My favorite thing was working flexibly, i can log in anytime of the day. it really helps especially when you worked overtime, you can sleep longer without thinking you have to login for a certain time of day.

The competitive spirit, either collectively or individually. It is infectious! 🙂
