Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist to take ownership of creating and executing impactful social media campaigns while managing the daily operations of our company’s platforms. This role is focused on planning, strategizing, and driving growth by increasing leads, subscribers, engagement, and overall brand awareness across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage effective social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage company social media advertising campaigns, including tracking performance and optimizing for results.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Write timestamps for YouTube videos and publish supporting content on WordPress.
  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with managers and peers to execute tasks and projects on time.
  • Organize and manage tasks in Asana or other project management tools.
  • Attend team syncs and organizational meetings as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management.
  • Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Strong creativity with the ability to craft engaging, witty, and strategic content.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of advertising concepts, campaign creation, and performance measurement.
Technical Requirements
  • A computer with dual monitor setup is required
  • Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed

  • Growing our social media channels through interactive comments
  • Meeting with the company owner and going over the social media schedule
Expectations:

Qualifications:
