Hi Guys! Just a note to thank you for your fast action on getting mv Amazon listing back to active. As you know we have been a brand registered, manufacturer and sole distributor of our own products on Amazon. We strive to be a good selling partner and support the platform and provide best in class customer support. All that being said, sometimes Amazon removes a listing without much warning or what otherwise can be perceived as a wrongful de-listing. Their platform, their rules. LOL. Anyway in the past when listings have been taken down, I was willing to file a case and begin the process of re-listing with Amazon. Sometimes it would take months. I just wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the stellar job you two did in getting my listing reinstated.
