Job Description

The Operations Director will provide strategic leadership and executive oversight of the company’s operations. This role focuses on aligning operational execution with overall business strategy, developing scalable systems, and driving continuous improvement across all departments. The Operations Director will mentor managers, oversee multi-level operational teams, and ensure that the organization maintains a strong foundation for sustainable growth and client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define the vision and strategy for company operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and growth objectives.
  • Policy and Governance: Oversee the development and enforcement of company-wide operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Performance Oversight: Establish KPIs, monitor company-wide performance, and ensure operational excellence across all departments.
  • Scalability and Growth: Design and implement scalable operational systems that support rapid company expansion and evolving client needs.
  • Process Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by identifying industry trends, introducing new technologies, and championing process innovations.
  • Risk and Compliance Management: Ensure operations adhere to legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, while minimizing risks.
  • Executive Collaboration: Partner with the executive team to align strategies, budgets, and resources with company growth plans.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower managers and department heads, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration.
  • Quality and Client Success: Oversee the establishment of high-quality service standards across all offerings, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Resource Allocation: Optimize allocation of financial, technological, and human resources for maximum efficiency.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives to improve operations, drive innovation, and adapt to shifting market conditions.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to the executive team and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Proven success as an Operations Director, Senior Operations Manager, or similar executive leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-level teams and build high-performance cultures.
  • Strong business and financial understanding, with a track record of aligning operations to company growth strategies.
  • Skilled in implementing large-scale operational improvements and leading change management initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with executives, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with advanced operational tools, workflow automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of client needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes in e-commerce and Amazon services.
  • Ability to anticipate industry shifts and position operations to maintain a competitive edge.
Technical Requirements
  • A computer with dual monitor setup is required
  • Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
