Senior Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Developer who is a versatile, all-around technical expert capable of managing end-to-end development of systems, applications, and web platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote, collaborative environment and is comfortable supporting cross-functional teams with both front-end and back-end solutions, system integrations, automation, and technical troubleshooting.

This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technology-focused professional who can communicate effectively across teams, manage complex workflows, and adapt quickly to new tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Stack Development and Systems Management
    • Design, develop, and maintain web applications, internal tools, and integrations across multiple platforms.
    • Manage CMS platforms, particularly WordPress, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance
    • Develop front-end interfaces and back-end logic, APIs, and database connections
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across web platforms, internal systems, and workflows
    • Document systems, architecture, and processes for cross-team accessibility
  • Cross-Platform Integrations and Automation
    • Implement API integrations and database connectivity solutions across company systems
    • Leverage automation tools like Zapier to streamline workflows and processes
    • Maintain and support company software and applications, including 1Password, Airtable, Amazon Seller Central, Asana, Google Workspace, Helium 10, HubSpot,
    • Jotform, Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Slack, Time Doctor, and WordPress
  • Data, Analytics, and Reporting
    • Analyze data and create charts, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making
    • Utilize advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools to process and present data effectively
    • Ensure system compliance with security standards, including antivirus, firewall, and two-factor authentication
  • Remote Collaboration and Team Support
    • Communicate technical requirements and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to deliver integrated technical solutions
    • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to other developers or team members when required
    • Actively contribute to process improvements and system optimizations across the organization
  • Onboarding and Knowledge Sharing
    • Train team members on system usage, workflows, and technical tools as needed.
    • Document and share knowledge to improve team efficiency and continuity.
    • Support ad-hoc tasks in line with organizational needs and priorities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in full-stack development or systems development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and other CMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of IT procedures, system architecture, and security practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with APIs, database integration, and automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Airtable).
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cross-team collaboration abilities.
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, or other e-commerce platforms.
    • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, Slack, and Time Doctor.
    • Knowledge of security protocols and IT compliance standards.
    • Experience in digital marketing technology applications and online marketing workflows.
    • Understanding of cloud-based systems and SaaS platforms.
Technical Requirements
  • A computer with dual monitor setup is required
  • Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
