This is a remote position.

- Ensure proper prioritization of task is observed and assignments are properly actioned, and handled per mag standards
- Proactively contribute in providing strategies for work quality advancements
- Collaborate with IT Devs to ensure testing and observation of solutions adds value to end users
- Ensure all fields in tasks have met the standard requirement of the team
- Act as the last defensive line that ensures IT Solutions meets the end users’ requests
- Delivery – Coordinate and generate independent test cases for each newly developed application/system.
- Compliance – Ensure that all work projects are compliant with the company’s standards.
- QA IT projects – Manage testing projects during each phase. All projects/tasks are to be reviewed for quality assurance.
- Team Communication – Communicate and recommend improvements to the functionality, design, and usability of new systems/applications.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT quality assurance and audit roles.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with No-Code/Low-Code platforms, such as Zapier, Google Workspace, JotForms, HubSpot, PandaDoc, and AirTable.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and API integration.
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools for task and project tracking.
- Familiarity with software testing techniques, tools, and defect-tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A computer with dual monitor setup is required
- Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
- 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day
