The Full Amazon Accelerate 2026 Recap

This Amazon Accelerate 2026 recap of every major seller announcement reports that Seller Assistant now tracks more than 100 metrics and appears on every page of a rebuilt Seller Central. Sellers choose its autonomy level, from insights only to drafted plans they approve to routine tasks it handles around the clock.

The recap also details Listing Protection, which gives Account Health Assurance sellers with a rating above 250 time to fix most issues before a listing comes down. These sellers also get three seller challenges every 180 days, with the US rollout set for the end of 2026 and worldwide in 2027.

Amazon launched the Amazon Selling Partner Plugin for Claude and Amazon Quick in beta, along with a free 12-month Amazon Quick Plus subscription for every seller. In ads, new campaigns using keyword auto optimization reached a first sale 40% faster in early results.

Prime Delivery replaces Buy with Prime for merchants on Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, and early adopters see more than 40% of eligible orders ship with it. The recap adds that the multi-channel selling hub for Shopify, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Walmart orders is in pilot, with a broad invite still to come.

Report Says Amazon Agentic Seller Assistant Adds Workflows

Reuters reported on September 23 that Amazon introduced a new agentic AI service for third-party sellers. The report centers on a feature Amazon calls “workflows.”

Workflows run continuously to carry out seller prompts. Examples include an alert when ratings suddenly drop and ongoing price monitoring for specific products.

Seller Assistant can also store each seller’s profile to give custom recommendations on pricing, promotions, and inventory. A plugin connects the agent to AI tools sellers already use, starting with Amazon Quick and Anthropic’s Claude, as covered in the Amazon AI Seller Assistant Claude integration news.

Mary Beth Westmoreland, Amazon’s vice president of worldwide selling partner experience, said the new agent is free and optional for every seller. Sellers can also decide how much of their data they share with Amazon through the service.

Amazon Details Seller Assistant, Ads, Listing Protection, and Global Selling Updates

Amazon’s Accelerate 2026 announcement post says nearly 4,000 selling partners attended the conference in Seattle. Chris Jones, director of Seller Assistant, said sellers act on the tool’s recommendations about 90% of the time, a year after it debuted at Accelerate 2025.

Muthu Muthukrishnan, vice president of Sponsored Products and Brands, introduced Ads Data Manager, a free tool that connects a seller’s own customer data to Amazon campaigns. He said advertisers who use it see 30% better return on ad spend.

Claire O’Donnell, vice president of Selling Partner Trust and Store Integrity, said Listing Protection keeps most flagged listings active until Amazon issues a decision. Amazon also said it eliminated 37 million reasons for sellers to contact support in the past year.

Under Global From Day One, Amazon said sellers in more than one country earn about 70% more on average, yet only about 30% sell abroad. Amazon also said more than 350 million customers used Alexa for Shopping in the past year, and its lending program will open to every seller by year-end.
