We all know you have to escalate a ticket sometimes because Seller Support sucks. Here’s a tip for you: When emailing firstname.lastname@example.org – don’t dear jeff it. Write “Dear Seller Executive Relations.”
And include the following:
- Seller token (A number)
- Case ID
- Things tried
- Solution Desired
Be as short as possible with the above format and you’re far more likely to resolve that long standing issue.
