We all know you have to escalate a ticket sometimes because Seller Support sucks. Here’s a tip for you: When emailing  – don’t dear jeff it. Write “Dear Seller Executive Relations.”


And include the following:

  • Seller token (A number)
  • Case ID
  • Problem
  • Things tried
  • Solution Desired

Be as short as possible with the above format and you’re far more likely to resolve that long standing issue.
