February 9 and 10 were days to remember for our Amazon FBA Agency PH team as they held the second annual summit at the stunning Canyon Woods Resort Club in Tagaytay.
This highly anticipated event brought together over 300 Filipino team members from across the country for a celebration of unity and success.

We Level Up Teamwork at the PH Summit
It was an exciting moment for our members who have come over from all corners of the Philippines. For many, it was their first time seeing one another in person, much more so being able to share the even with our wonderful members from the United States.
The event kicked off with a warm welcome from our very own MAG founder, Steven Pope, alongside special guests Francisco Valadez, Steven Bruning, and Dustin Fenton. The energy was electric as everyone gathered to celebrate the incredible MAG team of Amazon experts.
Recognizing Top Performers
The summit wouldn’t be complete without acknowledging the dedication and talent of the Full Service Amazon Agency team. Awards were presented to:
- Tenure Recognition: Celebrating team members who dedicated more than 3 years to building the MAG legacy.
- MAG Core Values Champion: Honoring the employee who consistently embodied the core values that define the MAG team.
- Top Referrer: Recognizing the employee who brought the most talented new additions to the MAG family, strengthening the team’s expertise.
A Celebration of Our People and Values
The 2024 MAG Summit was not just a gathering; it was a celebration of MAG’s values and a testament to the strong bond shared by its team members. We look to the future with hope and positivity as the company grows through the rest of the year and beyond.
Unleashing the Teamwork Beast
Orchestrated team-building activities had everyone working together and forging connections throughout the second day of the summit.
- Breaking the Ice: Team members were grouped and had to introduce themselves, coming up with a unique team name and a catchy cheer to showcase their collaborative spirit.
- Outdoor Activities: The vast landscape of Canyon Woods became a playground for a series of challenging activities: obstacle course, spider web, get in the hole, and fill the bucket.
- Indoor Activities: The fun continued indoors with exciting challenges that honed the MAG core values through games: message action relay, pass the coins, and challenged puzzle.
These activities fostered collaboration, communication, and a whole lot of laughter, solidifying the MAG commitment to four of its core values: learning, teaching, consistent communication, and eagerness.
MAG Got Talent and Social Night
The PH Summit concluded with a spectacular “MAG Got Talent/Social Night” featuring:
- Hilarious Skits: Teams showcased their creativity with originally made skits highlighting MAG core values.
Memories in the Making: There was a seemingly never-ending photo session with the executives. Professional photographers and videographers captured precious memories of this special occasion that strengthened team bonds.

Raffle Draw & Company Merch
The VP of Human Resources, Roxanne Villanueva, and her team went above and beyond to secure amazing raffle prizes! From mugs and mousepads to computer chairs and portable screens, everyone walked away with something special.
Additionally, all attendees received cool MAG swag – t-shirts, hoodies, and caps – to proudly represent the MAG Amazon FBA Agency.
Food Fest Fit for Champions
No Filipino gathering is complete without a feast! A buffet spread overflowing with delicious dishes kept everyone fueled throughout the event. Let’s just say the highlight might have been the grand feast featuring seven lechon baboy (roasted pig) and one lechon baka (roasted cow), a true celebration of the MAG team’s achievements!
